Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Impossible, Inc. (“Impossible,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit impossible.place or contact us. We collect very little, and we never sell what we collect.

01

Information we collect

When you email us at hello@impossible.place, we receive your email address, your name (if provided), and the contents of your message. We retain these messages so we can respond and follow up.

When you load this website, our hosting provider receives standard server logs — IP address, user agent, referrer, request path, and timestamp. We use these only for security and operational diagnostics, and we do not match them to identities.

We do not run cross-site advertising trackers, and we do not use third-party analytics that profile individuals.

02

How we use information

  • · To respond to inquiries you send us.
  • · To operate, secure, and improve this website.
  • · To comply with law and respond to legitimate legal requests.
03

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising. We share information only with:

  • · Service providers who help us run the site (hosting, email), under written confidentiality and data-handling obligations.
  • · Authorities, where compelled by law.
  • · A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
04

Retention

We retain emails for as long as a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain a record of communications. Server logs are retained for up to ninety (90) days.

05

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, write to hello@impossible.place. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the legal bases we rely on are our legitimate interests (operating and securing the site, communicating with you) and your consent (where required). If you are in California, we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

06

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to maintain a secure session.

07

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

08

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

09

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly.
