Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of impossible.place (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site
The Site is operated by Impossible, Inc., a Nevada corporation. The information on it is provided for general informational purposes about Impossible. It is not an offer to sell, license, or provide any product or service. Any specific offering is governed by a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- · Use the Site to violate any law or any third party’s rights.
- · Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
- · Interfere with the operation of the Site, including by introducing malware or running denial-of-service attacks.
- · Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content for commercial use without our written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, layout, design, code, marks, and logos — is owned by Impossible, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, share, and link to the Site for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impossible and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
